Simple steps to add a signature to your Yahoo mail account. Your signature will be added to the bottom of your sent Yahoo! Mail messages. This post guides you how to add a signature on desktop.
How to add an email signature to Yahoo account on Desktop
1. Go to https://www.yahoo.com/mail and log in to your account. If you are not logged into your account yet, just enter your email address and password to log in.
2. Click Settings. It's in the top right corner of the inbox page. A drop-down menu will now appear.
3. Click More Settings.
4. Click the Writing email tab. It's on the left side of the page. Now you should see the Writing emails column of options in the middle of the page.
5. Below the Signature heading, click the white switch to the right of the Yahoo! email address for which you want to add a signature. The switch will turn blue.
6. Click the text box below the account address and enter your signature. You can format your signature text by selecting different options at the bottom of the signature text box.
7. Click Back to Inbox. It's in the top left side of the page. Doing so will save your changes and return you to the inbox page.
Now all of your future sent emails will display your chosen signature at the bottom.
